Aromatic notes of cranberry, red plum, and green olive are intertwined with hints of ginger, white pepper, and dried herbs. The palate is intense and juicy, featuring flavors of blackberry, roasted meat, and olive tapenade. Aged for 17 months in 25% new puncheons (100% French Oak) and 75% once and twice-filled puncheons.
